 The media is neutral/unbiased

I dissagree with this statement about the media. 

I think this as the media will quite often need either money or reaches, with this you need a majority of people which you will not get if you are neutral, people need to think "oh they share my view."  For example if there is a large opinion circulating a news article is more likely than not to try and cover it as it brings the writer/publisher attention and that gives them good publicity, this opinion will more than not be biassed.  Not only this but in something like film people would be more likely to work with you if they know your view and can support it, like you wouldn't want to place your product in a film made by people who you don't agree with or support.
